This is a demonstration style: Taste, Touch, feel class that will demystify the process of making your own cheese in less than 30 minutes. You will have the opportunity to make your own burrata to enjoy during class. Cheese made in class will be turned into a delicious appetizer and bruschetta, mozzarella crostini, along with  bocconcini caprese skewers will also be served.
