Our cooking process eliminates virtually all of the alcohol content, leaving the residual flavour notes from the drinks you love.

About the Taste:

Pop goes Sangria: Candied Merlot wine covering infused with bright fruity notes of apple, blood orange, and a dash of cinnamon and spices, then slow baked to perfection. 

Poppy Cesar: Air-popped whole-grain popcorn coated in a crisp tomato purée infused with our sweet and savory twist on Canada's favourite cocktail. A splash of vodka, and finished with a zesty blend of celery salt and peppery rim spice.

Poppin' Rose all Day: This flavour is light on the palate - the perfect balance of sweetness with a hint of citrusy tartness with notes of watermelon and strawberries.

Pop the Salt and Tequila: Double-baked to deliver a perfect, satisfying crunch, the rich buttery notes in the caramel, are accented with the smooth, peppery taste of aged Añejo tequila. Accented with the complementary saltiness of lemon salt.

Pop the Champagne: The richness of white chocolate is balanced by subtle toasty, almond-like flavour notes from the Champagne. Pause for a moment and feel those sugar crystals POP!

Whiskey on the Pops: Richly smoky and peaty notes with a subtle sweetness and slight saltiness in Eatables signature caramel.
